Day Camp

Lipscomb's Day Camp is a commuter camp for girls ages 4-10* and puts an emphasis on learning the fundamentals and skills of the game in a safe and fun environment. Every level of a soccer player is welcome, from beginners to intermediate players. Campers will be grouped according to their age and ability level in order to best enhance their enjoyment of the game and also to better develop them as soccer players. Day Camp daily instruction will focus on teaching and/or improving each camper’s technical abilities in areas such as passing, receiving, dribbling, and shooting. Small-sided competitions will not only develop their cognitive soccer skills, but will also focus on sportsmanship and fair play in an encouraging and uplifting setting.

*If your daughter is between the ages of 9-10 and plays soccer in a competitive league, our Junior Advanced might possibly be a better option for her.  The Junior Advanced camp can be either commuter or residential camp and the level of play is typically higher.

Day camps will incorporate water fun and include daily themes Tuesday-Friday encouraging kids to participate and make memories. Examples of daily themes include Bed-Head Tuesday (crazy hair),  Wacky Wednesday (dress up silly with a fashion show), Jersey Thursday (wear any team jersey), and Fanatic Fan Friday (wear all things purple and gold- go, Lipscomb)! The water fun includes slip n' slide, water balloons, and sprinklers to help players cool off and enjoy this summer camp. Additionally, we offer FREE POPSICLES! A popsicle will be offered to our campers mid-morning to help players cool off and enjoy a sweet treat!

*Weather permitting, our epic slip and slide will run daily for all full-day campers while our half-day campers will be able to enjoy it on Friday!

Full Day $425

9:00am-3:00pm

Lunch is included for full-day campers, and they will have an extended break indoors following lunch.  Full day campers are encouraged to bring a towel and a dry change of clothes to change into after the water fun.

Half Day $325

9:00am-12:00pm

Half day campers will get to participate in the water slide fun on Friday (weather permitting).  All campers are encouraged to bring a towel and a change of clothes after the water fun (the campers may change clothes with their guardian at the time of pick up).

Drop Off and Pick Up:
Check-in is on Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Lipscomb University Soccer Complex located at the corner of Belmont Blvd. and Shackleford Road. Address: 1 University Park Dr., Nashville, TN 37204. Camper drop will take place at the same time and location for the remainder of the week.
